Inspired by yesterday's food-bribery suggestions, a list of what I ate (and drank) today until now, early afternoon, in no particular order:

Organic raspberry yoghurt, "Brunnenbrot" (white bread), butter, vegetable-based margarine, white toast bread, raisin yoghurt, full fat cream cheese from the canton of Ticino, cottage cheese, margarine and yoghurt based spread, Gruyere cheese, black olives, cucumber, olive oil, aceto balsamico, pepper, salt, mayonnaise, crispy chocolate spread, elder marmalade, orange juice, coffee, water, fizzy vitamin drink, and spearmint chewing gums.
